Megan Fox recently made a comment about Transformers Revenge of the Fallen and it pissed off Michael Bay, the bigshot director with a giant ego.
Megan told Entertainment Weekly, “I mean, I can’t shit on this movie because it did give me a career and open all these doors for me. But I don’t want to blow smoke up people’s ass. People are well aware that this is not a movie about acting.”
Bay heard about it and made some remarkably silly comments, not just about Megan Fox but other actors as well, once again revealing that his gigantic ego is easily bruised. Here’s what he said to the Wall Street Jounal:
“Well, that’s Megan Fox for you…She says some very ridiculous things because she’s 23 years old and she still has a lot of growing to do. You roll your eyes when you see statements like that and think, ‘Okay Megan, you can do whatever you want. I got it.”
“Nick Cage wasn’t a big actor when I cast him, nor was Ben Affleck before I put him in Armageddon. Shia LaBeouf wasn’t a big movie star before he did Transformers — and then he exploded. Not to mention Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, from Bad Boys,” he points out.
“Nobody in the world knew about Megan Fox until I found her and put her in Transformers,” he says. “I like to think that I’ve had some luck in building actors’ careers with my films.”
While I do agree that the Transformers movie series made Megan Fox a star, Bay is pretty much wrong with people like Nick Cage, Ben Affleck and Will Smith. Come on, these actors were known and popular before they even acted in a Bay movie… looks like he is taking too much credit.
The whole thing just seems silly cuz you know what? Transformers 2 isn’t a movie about serious acting/drama and Megan is absolutely right in pointing that out. People go to see robots, CGI and um.. Megan Fox.. so Bay can pretty much stop pretending that Megan made a ‘ridiculous’ statement.

eh i used to think she was hot.. but then i think how much of a bitch she is and what a turn off! someone google her thumbs.. gross. i believe the rumor that she had a sex change at 16. what a selfish brat. if she is in any movie i will be sure never to go. looks arnt everything. attitude is bliss.
