HOw do you avoid the Mac Smolder
kohl black liner from smudging off onto under your eyes? i just bought it and I usually only line my Waterline.. .after work today .. it smudged out onto under my eye.. bleed out a little.. and I didnt even use any Visine for my eyes today.. whats your Trick/suggestion from keeping liner on waterline .. how to prevent from bleeding out?
