Megan Fox Quotes

megan fox britney spears

Anxious actress Megan Fox credits Britney Spears with getting over her fear of flying – because she’s convinced she won’t die on an airplane listening to the pop star’s songs.

The Transformers beauty has been candid about her struggles with mental health problems, insisting she’s coped with anxiety since her youth.

The 23 year old developed aerophobia in more recent years – but she insists plugging in the Toxic hitmaker’s tunes during flights eases her morbid fears.

She explains, ‘I developed that (a fear of flying) when I turned 20. All of a sudden I got really afraid to get on airplanes. I had to come up with a way to deal with it because I didn’t want to have panic attacks every time I get on a plane. I know for a fact it’s not in my destiny to die listening to a Britney Spears album, so I always put that on in my (headphones) when I’m flying because I know it wont crash if I’ve got Britney on.’

Megan Fox is scared of her “supernatural” sexual power.

The ‘Jennifer’s Body’ actress – who is widely regarded as the world’s most beautiful woman – was overwhelmed by how influential her looks and body could be and was unsure how to use her attractive assets to her advantage.

She told People magazine: “I think initially it’s sort of overwhelming because little girls are very much exposed to sexuality through the media and the entertainment industry and advertisements. So when you realise that you have the same power that you’ve watched women who’ve come before you have, it is frightening and you don’t know what to do with it.

“I don’t think you ever get comfortable with it. It’s a strange, an almost supernatural thing.”

megan fox britney spearsMegan Fox steers away from the A-list party scene – because she doesn’t want to be hounded by the press like Britney Spears.

The beauty shot to fame after starring in global blockbuster Transformers, and regularly tops lists of the sexiest women in the world.

But despite her sudden lurch into the limelight, Fox insists she’ll never become fodder for the tabloids – and is determined to follow in the footsteps of low-key Oscar-winners Nicole Kidman and Daniel Day-Lewis.

She explains to Britain’s Heat magazine, “Daniel Day-Lewis is incredibly successful, and he’s not being followed by the paparazzi. You put yourself in that position. You never see Nicole Kidman in the tabloids like you see Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson.

“If I were to go out and make a scene in every club in New York and LA, eventually I would start getting a lot of press in the tabloids. But is that something I want?”

megan fox sexy 2Gorgeous Transformers star Megan Fox has confessed she HATES being told she is sexy.

Determined to play down any hint of arrogance, the 23-yearold actress believes her current status of Hollywood’s most beautiful screen star is all down to luck.

In a rare revealing interview, Megan told The People: “I just don’t like being called sexy, it embarrasses me.

“I’m in a situation where I get lots of compliments all the time. I’m very lucky. People tell me that I am beautiful and that I am sexy all day but I hate it.

“I don’t know how to react. It’s embarrassing. How would you feel if people called you the most sexy person in the world ALL day? It’s strange, you know.”

The American beauty turned British heads last week when she appeared in London for the premiere of her latest movie Tranformers: Revenge Of The Fallen.

megan-fox-fame-problem‘Transformers’ star Megan Fox is still finding her newfound fame a little hard to take in, and says she does not know how to react to it.

Fox, 23, from Tennessee, who is currently promoting her new flick, ‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’, out on June 23, came into the limelight after she appeared in the film franchise’s first instalment in 2007.

“I definitely feel ill-prepared,” Us magazine quoted her as telling Entertainment Tonight.

“I mean, I don’t know if anyone ever sits back and goes, ‘Now is the moment that I think I should be a famous celebrity’.

“I know I’m struggling with trying to figure out how to live in it, but I definitely feel it’s premature. I mean, I was in one movie that people have seen,” she said.

But even with the new fame, she knows that compared to other Hollywood A-listers, her stardom is very small.

“I see some people who have to deal with it on an everyday basis-I am not a Jennifer Aniston or a Britney Spears or even a Lindsay Lohan, you know?” she said.

“My pictures don’t sell for that kind of money,” she added.

megan fox hates newsMore provocative Megan Fox quotes, courtesy of her interview in the July 09 issue of British GQ Magazine. Apparently Megan hates watching TV, kinda ironic since she’s an actress herself.

Model-turned-actress Megan Fox has no interest in keeping up to date with world events and thinks that watching news channels is a “mindless business”. The “Transformers” beauty is also negative about costume dramas and comedy movies.

“The movie ‘Sex And The City’ was so tragic. Costume dramas bore me and Hollywood comedies are total garbage, not funny at all. Fame doesn’t mean that anyone can be famous. TV news is mindless bullshit and I have no interest in watching news.”
